This summary describes our approach in plain terms. It is a starting point for your legal team, not a completed legal notice.
Data we process
FinDataGuard processes finance structure and coding data from your NetSuite environment — accounts, subsidiaries, departments, classes, locations, custom segments, vendor and customer records, and selected transaction coding fields.
How we access it
Initial deployment is read-only. Access uses scoped, least-privilege credentials that you control and can revoke at any time.
Storage and encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Customer environments are logically isolated from one another.
Access control
Access within your organisation is role-based. Every policy change, issue and remediation is recorded with the person responsible.
Retention
Data is retained for the term of the agreement and deleted on request or at termination, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Your ownership
You remain the owner and controller of your finance data. FinDataGuard processes it only to deliver the governance service.
